Pros: It's cool to work on a product you actually use daily. As a software engineer, I got to dive deep into the core coding platform, which was pretty satisfying. The team is smart, and being fully remote means solid WFH flexibility.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit disjointed, probably common for a startup this size. Communication can be a challenge, especially with everyone spread out. It's tough to really connect when you're not in the same physical space.
Advice to Management: Invest more in fostering a cohesive company culture for remote teams. More virtual team-building or clear communication guidelines would help bridge the distance for us.
