Good for rapid career growth in Web3
Pros: I've seen my skills as a blockchain developer really take off here. There's a ton of autonomy, so you get to own projects from start to finish. For a web3 startup, the learning curve is steep but rewarding, especially working on interoperability tech.
Cons: The pace can be intense, sometimes blurring the lines of work-life balance. It's not for everyone who prefers a slower environment. Formal career development plans aren't super structured yet; you mostly drive your own growth.
Advice to Management: Keep investing in structured mentorship programs for folks across the remote team. It would help solidify career paths even more, especially for new software engineers.

Solid Crypto Experience, But Growth Is On You
Pros: I've gained some really valuable experience working with cutting-edge blockchain technology here. As a Blockchain Developer, I got to dive deep into decentralized finance protocols, which is great for building out a strong resume. It's a fast-paced startup environment, so you learn a ton if you're proactive.
Cons: There's not much of a clear career path or formal mentorship program, which can be tough. For junior roles, it's hard to know what steps to take next without a lot of guidance. You're pretty much on your own for career growth, even for those working remote from Denver, CO.
Advice to Management: Create more formal career ladders and mentorship programs. It would help junior Blockchain Developers feel more supported and understand how to advance within the company.
