Pros: I've genuinely enjoyed my time as a Software Engineer at this FinTech company. The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, which makes daily work much smoother. I've gained valuable skills working on diverse financial technology projects, and there are good learning opportunities to expand your technical knowledge. It feels like a stable environment, offering decent job security in a growing industry. Management generally supports professional development.
Cons: Sometimes, internal approval processes can feel a bit slow, which occasionally delays project timelines. While work flexibility is decent, there are definitely busy periods where the work-life balance gets a bit stretched, demanding more hours. Also, I think internal communication could be streamlined to improve cross-team coordination.

Leadership Is a Mixed Bag for Analysts
Pros: I got good exposure to the FinTech SaaS platform, which is great for anyone starting out. Colleagues in the Noida office are super helpful and you learn a lot from them daily.
Cons: Leadership can be inconsistent; there's often micromanagement on projects. It's tough as a Business Analyst when priorities change fast without clear communication from the top.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication and empower team leads more. Trust your people, especially Business Analysts, to manage their tasks without constant oversight to boost morale and efficiency.
