Pros: My specific team in the Lehi office was really solid and collaborative, which helps a lot for customer success roles. They also have decent benefits for a mid-sized tech company. Onboarding was pretty good too.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit inconsistent across departments. As a Customer Success Manager, I sometimes felt micromanaged, and decision-making can be slow. It can also get a bit political, which isn't fun.
Advice to Management: Try to trust your employees more and be consistent with messaging across leadership. Improve internal communication to avoid departmental silos.
