Pros: I've really appreciated the learning opportunities here. Colleagues are generally very supportive, and there's a good sense of teamwork. The hybrid work model in our Bengaluru office provides a nice balance, and the company offers decent job stability, which is a big plus.
Cons: While work-life balance is generally good, there are definitely busy periods, especially when project deadlines are tight. The career progression can sometimes feel a bit slower compared to some faster-paced product companies. Communication across very large, multi-location projects could also use some improvement at times to avoid confusion for engineering teams.

Pros: I've really enjoyed the learning opportunities. As a Mechanical Design Engineer, I get to work on different client projects, which means exposure to various technologies and design challenges. The senior engineers are supportive, always willing to guide you, which has been huge for my career development. It's a stable engineering services environment, so there's good job security, and the team culture is very collaborative. I feel like I'm constantly growing here.
Cons: One minor drawback is that the promotion process can sometimes feel a bit slow, especially when you're eager to take on more senior roles. Also, being an onsite Mechanical Design Engineer in Bengaluru, the work flexibility isn't always there, which is common in our industry. Sometimes approvals for new tools or processes can take a while to go through, which can delay project timelines slightly.
