Pros: Working as a Cyber Threat Analyst here has been really rewarding. The team is incredibly supportive, and I've learned so much about threat intelligence and our industry. There are solid learning opportunities, especially with cutting-edge tools. The company culture is genuinely collaborative, and people are always willing to help out. Plus, the hybrid work model from our Boston office is a huge perk, offering good work-life balance within the cybersecurity field. It's a stable tech company.
Cons: One area that could use a bit of improvement is the internal communication, especially between different departments. Sometimes it feels like information moves a bit slowly, which can be a minor challenge. Also, the promotion path for a Cyber Threat Analyst can feel a little unclear at times, and the process can be slow. It would be great to see more structured career development frameworks to help people move up faster. There are occasional busy periods, but nothing too extreme.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving inter-departmental communication flow and establishing clearer, more transparent career progression paths for individual contributors, especially within the threat analysis teams.
