Pros: Being a Software Developer here, I appreciate the hybrid work model. We can split time between home and the Poznań office, which helps. That flexibility is super helpful in the FinTech industry, which can be intense.
Cons: Honestly, sometimes 'hybrid' just means 'mostly in the office' for specific teams. The work-from-home policy isn't consistently applied across all engineering roles, which is tough. I wish my e-signature platform team had more actual flexibility.
Advice to Management: Managers really need to standardize the hybrid work policy. Make sure every team, especially those building the core e-signature platform, gets the same trust and flexibility for remote days.

Pros: I really liked my team and the technical challenges we tackled. We're working on interesting digital identity solutions, which feels impactful. There's decent autonomy for Software Engineer roles when you're on a project.
Cons: Leadership often feels pretty disconnected from the ground level. It's tough to get clear answers on strategic direction. Sometimes decisions come out of nowhere, especially for us in the Warsaw, Poland office.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and transparent with the team. Share the 'why' behind big decisions. It would really help boost morale and understanding across the company.

What is Autenti's policy on remote work for developers in Poland, and how often are in-office days required?
Autenti generally supports remote or hybrid work arrangements, especially for technical roles like software development in Poland. While specific team needs can vary, employees often have flexibility, with in-office days typically scheduled for key collaboration or team-building events rather than a strict daily requirement.
