Stability isn't their strongest suit
Pros: I learned a lot as an electrical engineer here. The projects in the energy solutions industry were pretty interesting and kept me busy. It's a big corporate environment, so there are resources.
Cons: Job security feels really up and down. They had some major restructuring last year, and it made people nervous. For onsite roles, it felt like you could be let go suddenly.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more clearly about future plans and avoid sudden layoffs to improve employee morale and retention.

Decent Pay, Benefits Could Be Better
Pros: The base salary as a Project Coordinator is actually pretty decent for the manufacturing industry in Cairo. You get regular salary adjustments, so your pay doesn't just sit stagnant.
Cons: The benefits package here isn't great, especially compared to other big corporate companies. Things like health insurance are pretty basic, and there aren't many extra perks or bonuses. It feels like they could do more for employees.

Decent Place for Engineering, Culture Can Be Better
Pros: The company is a major player in electrical infrastructure projects, so there's always work. You get to work on large-scale engineering projects. For Project Engineer roles, you learn a lot about the industry. The pay is pretty solid, especially for the region.
Cons: The company culture can be pretty rigid and bureaucratic. There's not much room for new ideas from junior staff. Decision-making is slow, which is tough for project timelines. Innovation feels stifled sometimes.
Advice to Management: Management needs to embrace new ideas. Create a culture where feedback is truly valued. Speed up decision processes. This would help a lot for engineering teams.
