Pros: As a Junior Data Analyst, I learned a ton about new tools and methodologies. The team for data analytics roles is super supportive. You can work remote from Denver, which is a huge plus for flexibility.
Cons: Job security isn't the best here at this startup. Projects can get cut quickly, and there's always a bit of uncertainty about future work. They don't always communicate changes well, making it tough to plan.
