Pros: The base salary is pretty competitive, especially for a SaaS startup in the HR Tech space. You get paid on time, which is always a plus. For someone doing remote work, the pay feels fair enough.
Cons: Annual raises aren't always substantial, so don't expect big jumps. The health benefits package is just okay; it definitely needs an upgrade compared to other mid-sized tech companies. There's not much of a bonus structure either, which is a drawback for engineers.

Pros: Work flexibility here is pretty solid. As a Software Engineer, I could usually manage my own schedule. The hybrid model in the Hyderabad office offers WFH a few days a week, which is a lifesaver sometimes. They have pretty flexible start times.
Cons: Sometimes you still get calls after hours, especially closer to release dates. It's a fast-growing startup, so expectations can shift quickly. Not always ideal for planning personal stuff, and the remote policy could be clearer for some roles.
