Good remote flexibility for corporate RPO
Pros: I really appreciated the remote work setup. Being able to WFH consistently, even as a Recruitment Consultant managing multiple client accounts, was a huge plus. It made managing personal appointments much easier than in previous onsite roles.
Cons: The flexibility is good, but it often meant longer hours to get everything done. Sometimes I felt tethered to my laptop even after "clocking out," especially in the busy talent acquisition season. It's tough to fully disconnect in a remote corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Focus on setting clearer boundaries for remote teams. Encourage managers to model true disconnection after hours to help prevent burnout in demanding RPO roles.

Decent Flexibility for RPO Talent Acquisition
Pros: They offer a solid hybrid model or sometimes fully remote options for many talent acquisition roles, which is great for a global RPO firm. You can usually adjust your start and end times to an extent as a Recruitment Consultant. There's generally a WFH option, which helps a lot.
Cons: True work flexibility really varies by client and manager; some teams demand more strict "core hours." Sometimes, as a Recruitment Consultant, client demands just override internal flexibility policies. It's not always a true 100% remote experience, even if you're officially remote.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize flexibility policies across different client accounts. Ensure managers are consistent in offering true work flexibility, especially for remote and hybrid talent acquisition roles. This will help all Recruitment Consultants feel supported.

Growth Can Be Really Slow Here
Pros: The team is actually pretty solid, and the work-life balance is decent if you're in a remote position. It's a stable company in the RPO industry.
Cons: But moving up? Forget about it quickly. As a Recruitment Consultant, there's not much career growth unless you wait years. Internal promotions feel rare.
Advice to Management: Create clearer, faster career paths for Recruitment Consultants and other roles. Don't make people wait years for promotion opportunities.
