Solid place for a Security Analyst to grow

Work-Life Balance is Decent, Depends on Team
Pros: As a Software Engineer here, the core hours are pretty flexible. You can generally manage your schedule if your team lead is good. The option for remote work helps a lot with personal appointments and errands.
Cons: Some projects in the cybersecurity industry have really tight deadlines, which means longer hours. Being on-call for our cloud security platform can be tough, especially for critical issues. It's hard to fully disconnect, even when working remote from Foster City, CA.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize project timelines more across teams to prevent burnout. Also, consider better rotation for on-call duties to ease the burden on individual engineers.
