Excellent Remote Work for Virtual Assistants
Pros: As a Virtual Assistant, I love the remote flexibility at BruntWork. It truly supports work-life balance in the BPO industry. The team's supportive, and there's good training for diverse client needs.
Cons: Client changes can be a bit sudden, requiring quick adaptation. Career growth feels a little slow for individual contributors, and cross-team communication needs minor improvement.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer, faster pathways for individual contributor career progression. Also, explore tools and strategies to further streamline communication across global teams, especially regarding client changes.

Operations Coordinator

Leadership has some good points, some not.
Pros: I've gained solid experience in managing client projects. The fully remote work environment is a huge plus, makes daily life much easier. For operations coordinator roles, the exposure to different business types is really valuable.
Cons: Sometimes, leadership communication feels a bit disjointed. There's not always clear direction from upper management on new initiatives, which can be tough. It often feels like individual managers are left to figure things out without broader strategic support.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication from the top down. Give managers clearer strategic guidance so we can better support our teams.

Decent Remote Pay, But Benefits Are Missing
Pros: As a Virtual Assistant, the hourly pay is actually pretty decent for remote staffing roles. It's a solid WFH option if you're just looking for flexible income.
Cons: The biggest con is the lack of real benefits; no health insurance or retirement plans. Raises are rare, and sometimes the client workload can be a bit inconsistent, affecting your total pay.
Advice to Management: Consider adding basic benefits like health insurance options or a simple retirement plan. Also, try to ensure more consistent workload for your remote Virtual Assistant team.
