Pros: The **ESG sector** is definitely growing fast, so there's always interesting **environmental projects** coming up. As a **Sustainability Consultant**, I've gotten to work on some really cool stuff. Our **Dubai office** attracts a lot of diverse clients.
Cons: The project pipeline isn't always super consistent. This can make you worry about your **job security** during slower periods. Resource allocation feels a bit reactive, especially for junior roles.
Advice to Management: Try to improve the transparency around the project pipeline. More proactive resource planning would help ease concerns about long-term stability for employees.

Pros: The actual project work in environmental consulting is really cool and impactful. I learned a lot here, and the team in the London office is pretty supportive. There's a decent push for hybrid work sometimes.
Cons: Work-life balance is a major issue. As a Sustainability Consultant, you're often putting in 50+ hour weeks, sometimes more. It's tough to have a personal life outside of work, especially with demanding client deadlines in the built environment sector.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously look at consultant workloads. We need more resources or clearer boundaries to prevent burnout for our sustainability consultants.
