Pros: It's a really stable company, which is nice for job security. You get solid experience in the agro-food industry too. The benefits are decent for an entry-level position like a Junior Accountant.
Cons: Career progression here can feel really slow. There's not much room to move up quickly, especially in the Shah Alam office. Growth plans aren't always clear, which makes it tough to see your future.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and opportunities for advancement. It's frustrating when you're in junior accounting positions and can't see how to grow.
