Pros: The team culture is solid, and as a Project Coordinator, you do get a few hybrid work days a week which is nice. They've got a decent setup in the Atlanta office and resources for tech solutions are pretty good.
Cons: The hybrid work days are super strict, and it's tough to get exceptions for appointments. True remote options aren't really an option for most in this corporate environment, even when project deliverables would easily allow it.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate the rigidity of hybrid work policies. Trust employees more with their schedules and offer more flexibility, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence.
