Culture's okay, but it varies a lot
Pros: The analytics teams are pretty collaborative. I've learned a lot about ad measurement and attribution modeling from senior data scientists. It's a decent place for a remote Data Analyst looking for project variety.
Cons: Company culture can feel a bit fragmented, especially for remote employees. There's not much social interaction, and some managers don't really foster team connection. It's tough to get a feel for the bigger picture sometimes.
Advice to Management: Work on making the remote culture more cohesive. Encourage more cross-team interaction, especially for analytical roles. It would help with overall company unity and a stronger sense of belonging.

Culture's okay, but it's pretty corporate.
Pros: My immediate team members were really supportive, especially in the data analytics group. We're a remote team, so the virtual social events helped us connect. It's a pretty stable place to work, which is good.
Cons: It feels very corporate, almost rigid, which isn't always ideal for the fast-paced marketing analytics industry. There's often an expectation to be 'on' even after hours. Work-life balance can be tough if you don't set strict boundaries for yourself.
Advice to Management: Encourage more genuine work-life balance and a less 'always-on' culture. Try to empower teams to innovate more within the marketing analytics space, rather than sticking to old processes.

Solid Pay for Analysts, Benefits Are Just Okay
Pros: As a Data Analyst in the New York, NY office, my base salary was pretty competitive for entry to mid-level roles at a mid-sized data analytics firm. They also had a solid 401k match, which is always a plus.
Cons: Health insurance premiums felt a bit high, and there wasn't much flexibility in choosing different plans. I also noticed that raises weren't always tied clearly to individual performance, especially in the marketing analytics division.
Advice to Management: Consider reviewing health plan options and making benefit choices more flexible. Clearer paths for salary increases, especially for senior roles in media optimization, would help retention.
