Pros: Working as a Data Engineer here, I've really appreciated the collaborative company culture. My colleagues are supportive, and there are fantastic learning opportunities in data analytics. It's a stable environment for career growth, providing exposure to interesting challenges in the software industry.
Cons: The fast-paced startup environment means processes can sometimes feel less defined as the company scales. It can get busy occasionally, but it's manageable.
Advice to Management: As the company continues its growth trajectory, I'd suggest focusing on refining some of the internal processes to ensure clarity and efficiency across all teams. Improving internal communication could also help manage the fast pace.

Pros: I've been working remote for a while, and the leadership team really trusts us. It's great to have autonomy, especially as a Senior Data Analyst. We get a lot of hands-on work with the core data analytics platform.
Cons: Sometimes the strategic vision, especially for the BI industry, isn't super clear. It can be hard to see how individual projects align with bigger company goals. There's room for more consistent communication from the top.
