Okay Work-Life, Can Be Tough Sometimes
Pros: The flexibility for a remote role is pretty good. I could usually manage my own schedule well as a Digital Marketing Specialist. It's nice not having a commute.
Cons: But the workload can be really unpredictable in digital advertising. Some weeks, especially handling multiple agency services clients, I worked way over 40 hours. It's tough to avoid burnout then.
Advice to Management: Try to balance client loads better across Digital Marketing teams. Support those handling multiple demanding agency services accounts more effectively. It helps with burnout.

Decent remote work, but career path unclear
Pros: The remote work flexibility is a big plus; you can really make your own schedule after training. They're good at providing the tools you need for day-to-day campaign management. The team is usually supportive, which helps with the WFH setup.
Cons: Career growth is slow, especially for a Digital Marketing Specialist. There aren't many opportunities to move up or learn new skills beyond your current tasks. It feels like a global BPO setup where advanced skill development isn't prioritized. It's tough to get promoted in digital advertising roles unless someone leaves.
Advice to Management: You really need to invest in clearer career paths and skill development programs, especially for those in digital advertising roles. People want to see a future beyond just their current tasks. Offer more internal training and mentorship.

Decent Starter Role, Pay is Just Okay
Pros: As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I've learned a ton about digital advertising here. The hybrid work model in the Mumbai office is a plus for collaboration and getting to know your team.
Cons: But the pay isn't great, honestly. For anyone looking for competitive salaries in the digital marketing industry, you'll be disappointed. Benefits are pretty basic, too.
Advice to Management: Seriously consider reviewing salary bands to stay competitive in the digital advertising market. Investing more in employee benefits would also help with retention.
