Pros: Working as a Software Engineer here, I really value the company culture. It's very supportive and collaborative, which is great for the cybersecurity industry. There are solid learning opportunities, especially with new tools. The hybrid work model from our Manila office provides excellent work-life balance in a stable environment.
Cons: Career progression can feel a bit slow; promotions aren't frequent for mid-level roles. Better cross-department communication would be helpful. We have occasional busy periods, but that's common.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer promotion paths for experienced individual contributors and improve inter-departmental communication to streamline project execution.
