Pros: Some of the senior leaders are genuinely smart and have deep knowledge of the hospitality tech space. For us Product Managers, there's usually a good amount of autonomy to own our projects.
Cons: There's often a pretty big disconnect between executive leadership and what's happening on the ground in the Sydney office. Key decisions from the top can shift without much warning, which makes planning tough. It feels like they could really improve communication consistency.
Advice to Management: Work on bridging the gap between senior leadership and individual contributors. More consistent communication and decision-making would really help everyone plan better and feel more aligned.

Cons: Job security here is a real concern. They often restructure teams, and projects can get cut unexpectedly, which is tough. It creates a lot of uncertainty, especially in the Sydney office. You never really know what's next.
