Pros: The base pay for an Account Manager here is actually pretty decent, especially considering it's a SaaS startup. You can earn good commission too if you hit your targets. Being a remote role, it's great not having commuting costs.
Cons: The benefits aren't great; no 401k match, which is a big bummer. Health insurance options felt a bit limited compared to bigger tech companies. Raises also seem to come slow, even with good performance.
Advice to Management: Look into improving the benefits package, especially adding a 401k match. It would make a huge difference in attracting and retaining talent, even for remote positions.
