Great Place for Growth and Flexible Work in Tech
Pros: Working here as a Technical Consultant in the software industry has been great. Teams are super supportive, helping me quickly grasp our business management software. There are plenty of opportunities for career development and skill-building. The excellent work flexibility, with our hybrid setup in London, truly boosts my work-life balance.
Cons: Workload gets intense during big project deadlines, so things move fast. It's great for learning, but can be a lot. Integrating new features with some legacy systems can also be tricky, requiring patience.
Advice to Management: Continue to refine project planning to better manage peak workloads and explore ways to streamline integration for new features, especially with older systems.

Decent place, but watch your work-life balance
Pros: It's a large software company with good benefits. There's some flexibility for hybrid work, which is nice if you're in the London office a few days a week. You get to work on interesting SaaS solutions.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough as a Software Engineer. Project deadlines often mean working over 40 hour weeks, especially in the enterprise software division. Management doesn't always push back on client demands, leading to crunch.
Advice to Management: Really try to protect your employees' time. Don't let client demands dictate crazy hours, especially for tech roles. It impacts morale and burn out.

Pay's okay, benefits are decent here.
Pros: The pension scheme is actually pretty good, which is a big plus for a remote role. I also appreciate the private medical insurance; it's a solid benefit. They use good internal software solutions.
Cons: Base salary for Software Developers feels a bit low compared to other big tech companies. There aren't many opportunities for significant bonuses, which stings a bit. I think it could be better.
Advice to Management: Review salaries for engineering roles to be more competitive within the tech industry. It'd help attract and retain top talent.
