Pros: Working remotely as a NetSuite Consultant was pretty good. You learn a lot about ERP implementation, and the teams are generally helpful. The pay for these roles is decent too.
Cons: Job security can feel a bit shaky between projects. If your current project wraps up, there's sometimes a wait for the next one, which isn't ideal. It's a common thing in this consulting industry, but it still makes you wonder.
Advice to Management: Try to keep the bench time shorter for NetSuite consultants. It would make people feel a lot more secure about their roles and future here.
