Pros: The base salary for a Data Consultant is pretty decent, especially for the mid-size consulting firm environment. I've found the 401k match to be a solid perk, once you hit that one-year mark.
Cons: Healthcare benefits aren't great; the premiums are surprisingly high. You really don't get many other significant perks, especially compared to bigger players in data analytics consulting. Remote work doesn't get you a specific WFH stipend.
Advice to Management: Seriously re-evaluate the health insurance plans and explore options for better coverage with lower premiums. Adding some relevant perks, especially for remote employees, would make a big difference in attracting and keeping talent in this competitive data analytics space.
