Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer. The team culture is incredibly supportive, and I always feel comfortable asking questions and collaborating with my colleagues. There are great opportunities for learning new technologies and improving my skills in the tech industry. It's a generally stable environment, and the remote work flexibility really helps with work-life balance. I appreciate the focus on collaboration and shared success within our development teams.
Cons: While the company culture is great, the career progression can feel a bit slow at times, especially for senior roles. Sometimes the approval processes for new initiatives can be lengthy, which occasionally impacts project timelines. It's not a huge issue, but it could definitely be smoother for us developers. Communication about broader company strategy could also be clearer.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining some of the internal approval processes to speed up project execution. Also, clearer communication around career paths and growth opportunities, especially for more experienced engineers, would be beneficial.

Pros: You get some flexibility here, which is a plus for a corporate consulting environment. I could often work from home a couple of days a week, especially when not client-facing. It's not bad for a Management Consultant role.
Cons: But honestly, it really depends on the client and your project lead. You're usually expected onsite for client-facing work, which limits remote options. Consistent hybrid work is rare on longer engagements.
Advice to Management: Standardize remote work options when possible, even for client teams. Give project leads more tools to enable flexibility without sacrificing client delivery.

Pros: Job security here is pretty good, especially for us in software development. They seem to have a clear pipeline of projects, so I haven't worried about layoffs much. For a mid-sized tech company, that's a big plus in the current market.
Cons: Growth opportunities for remote Software Engineers can feel a bit limited though. You're stable, but sometimes it feels like you're just maintaining the status quo. Not much room for rapid advancement.
Advice to Management: Try to create more clear paths for career growth, especially for remote team members. It would boost morale a lot.
