Pros: I got to dig into warehouse management systems which was cool. You can definitely learn a lot about ERP integration if you're proactive. The team in the Jacksonville, FL office is pretty helpful too.
Cons: Formal career pathing isn't very clear. You have to push hard for promotions or new tech roles. Sometimes it feels like there isn't much support for learning new technologies.
Advice to Management: Management should create more structured career development plans for Software Developer roles. Invest in formal training programs for emerging tech. Make promotion criteria clearer for everyone.

Pros: I've found the work-life balance generally good here, especially with the hybrid model. As an Implementation Consultant, I can usually wrap up my 40 hours. The Jacksonville office is fine for collaboration, but the flexibility helps a lot.
Cons: When you're deep in a warehouse management system (WMS) implementation project, things can get crazy. It's tough to avoid working extra hours when deadlines hit. There isn't much flexibility during those peak times.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out the project peaks a bit more. Maybe resource planning could help reduce the crunch times for Implementation Consultants.
