Okay Pay, Benefits Are Decent Enough
Pros: The health benefits here are pretty solid, especially for a mid-sized software company. They've got a decent 401k match that vests quickly, which is a big plus. As a Software Engineer, my base pay was competitive for remote work.
Cons: Raises felt pretty stingy year-over-year, and bonuses weren't really a thing for my role. The overall compensation package for project management software development could definitely be better. It's tough to feel truly rewarded when you see what other tech companies offer.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving annual salary increases and introducing performance-based bonuses to retain talent, especially in competitive construction tech markets.

Okay for Stability, Not Much Growth
Pros: It's a pretty stable company if you want consistent work. I've learned a lot about construction project management software. The remote work flexibility from Denver, CO is a big plus.
Cons: Career growth for a Software Engineer here is tough. There aren't many opportunities to move up or really dive into new tech. The promotion path just isn't very clear.
Advice to Management: Invest more in clear career paths and technical training for engineering teams. It'd help with retention.
