Software Engineer

Okay for a junior engineer, growth is slow.
Pros: It's a solid place to start if you're new to the gaming industry. As a Software Engineer, I learned a lot about game development fundamentals early on. Job security here is pretty good for a big corporate company.
Cons: Career progression really slows down once you're not an entry-level employee. Getting promoted or moving into new areas of mobile game development in the Seoul office is tough, feels like there aren't many opportunities for real advancement.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and opportunities for mid-level employees. Faster promotion cycles would really help with retention.
