Pros: As a Product Manager, the base salary here in the San Francisco office is pretty decent. It's solid for a startup in the tech industry. The health insurance plans are actually quite good, which I appreciate.
Cons: The downside is bonuses aren't really a thing, so don't expect much there. The equity compensation isn't super competitive when you compare it to bigger companies. Also, the 401k match is pretty weak, honestly.
Advice to Management: Easygo should look at improving equity grants and beefing up the 401k match to attract and keep top talent, especially for Product Manager roles.

Pros: I've gotta say, the team here is really tight-knit and supportive, especially within the software development group. We have decent team-building events in the San Francisco office, which helps new hires feel connected.
Cons: Sometimes the company culture feels a bit cliquey though, not always super inclusive if you're not part of the 'in-crowd.' For a tech startup, I wish there was more focus on diverse social activities beyond just happy hours.
Advice to Management: Try to build a more inclusive company culture that goes beyond just social events. Make sure everyone feels welcome and valued, not just a select few.

Pros: As a Software Engineer, the base salary was actually decent for a San Francisco tech startup. The health insurance package was pretty solid too, which is a big plus.
Cons: However, don't expect much in terms of bonuses; they were nearly nonexistent. The 401k match was super low, which is tough when you're looking at long-term savings in the competitive tech industry.
Advice to Management: You should really look into improving the 401k match and creating a more transparent and competitive bonus structure. This would definitely help with retaining good talent and attracting new Software Engineer candidates.
