Pros: I liked the hybrid work option, usually three days in the office. As a Software Engineer, having those couple of WFH days really helps with focus. It's a decent setup for an engineering role in the local tech scene.
Cons: Work flexibility really depends on your manager and project deadlines. There's not much wiggle room if you need an extra remote day unexpectedly. The company isn't set up for fully remote, so don't expect that.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work flexibility policy across teams. More trust in employees for ad-hoc remote days would go a long way. This would really help with employee morale.
