Decent Culture for a Big Corporate Environment
Pros: The best part is definitely the team. Everyone in the IT Support team at the Jakarta office is really helpful and friendly, which makes the day-to-day much easier in this corporate environment. It feels stable for a role in the telecommunications industry.
Cons: Sometimes the culture feels a bit rigid. Decision-making is slow, and there isn't much room for new ideas, especially as an IT Support Specialist. It can get pretty bureaucratic, which slows things down.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas from the ground up. Speed up the decision-making process to help us adapt faster in the IT services sector.

Leadership Needs More Focus on Teams
Pros: The team environment with fellow reps is solid. We help each other out daily with customer issues. There's good potential for learning about different service offerings in the telecom sector.
Cons: Leadership often feels detached from daily operations. It's tough to get clear decisions or feedback from upper management. Sometimes it seems like they don't really understand the challenges we face on the ground in the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Management should spend more time with frontline staff. Understand their daily challenges and provide clearer guidance. Better communication strategies would help morale a lot.

Okay benefits, but pay needs work for CSRs
Pros: The benefits are pretty decent, especially for healthcare and other standard corporate perks. You get a good health plan, which is important for employees in the Jakarta office. It's a stable company in the telecom industry.
Cons: Pay here for customer service representative roles is quite low, and it's tough to get significant raises. Your base salary won't grow much even with good performance. It makes budgeting tight.
Advice to Management: Seriously reconsider the compensation structure for entry-level and mid-level roles, especially for those in customer support operations. Competitive salaries would really boost morale and retention.
