Pay's okay, benefits are solid here.
Pros: The health insurance is pretty good, and the 401k match is decent for a startup. They do offer some nice perks in the Boca Raton office too, which is a bonus. It feels like they try to take care of you.
Cons: Salary for Digital Marketing Specialist roles isn't always competitive with bigger tech companies. I felt like my base pay was a bit low for the amount of work in performance marketing. Raises haven't been huge.
Advice to Management: Keep an eye on salary benchmarks for performance marketing roles. Better pay transparency could really help attract and retain top talent.

Remote Work Helps Balance Demands at Launch Potato
Pros: The best part is definitely the remote work arrangement. As a Performance Marketing Manager, I appreciated the flexibility it offered. The teams are generally supportive, which is a big plus in the fast-paced AdTech industry.
Cons: Work-life balance can be a real struggle, especially during big campaign pushes. It's not uncommon to put in longer hours. Sometimes you feel a lot of pressure to hit aggressive targets, which adds to the stress.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage workloads, especially for performance marketing roles, during peak seasons. Burnout is a real concern when targets are always pushed.

Good Learning, Slow Career Growth
Pros: I've learned a ton about performance marketing here. They offer solid training resources, which is great for a tech startup. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, I got to work on diverse projects.
Cons: But honestly, career growth feels pretty stagnant. There aren't clear promotion paths, especially for remote team members. It's tough to get a title bump without leaving.
Advice to Management: Create more transparent promotion frameworks for individual contributors. It would help retain talent in performance marketing and give people a reason to stay.
