Hardware hasn’t kept up with consumer expectations, especially in industries like architecture, engineering, film, advertising, gaming, & scientific research. Our customers came to us to solve their two main problems: performance and power consumption. At Bolt Graphics, we constantly ask ourselves, “Why is it done this way?” and “How can we do it better?” This mindset enables our team to achieve orders of magnitude faster renders and simulations and drives our goal for everyone to create, simulate, and consume immersive experiences.

Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Graphic Designer. The team is super collaborative and supportive, which makes tackling complex digital marketing and graphic design projects much easier. I've had great opportunities to work on diverse client projects, really broadening my portfolio and skill set. There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning and professional development, which is a huge plus for career growth. It's generally a stable environment where you feel valued.
Cons: While the day-to-day is engaging, I do feel the career progression paths aren't always super clear for graphic designers, which can make long-term planning a bit opaque. It would be beneficial to have more transparent communication regarding advancement opportunities and the criteria for promotion. Also, like many creative agencies, there are occasional busy periods with tight project deadlines that can impact work-life balance temporarily, but it's usually manageable.
