Brokerage Analyst

Decent Learning, But Growth Is On You
Pros: As a Brokerage Analyst, you actually get a lot of client exposure in the Manila commercial real estate market. I've learned a ton about property management basics and market analysis just from doing the work. If you're self-driven, there's opportunity to take on more.
Cons: Formal career paths here aren't clear at all for real estate brokerage roles. You really have to push to get new responsibilities or move up. Mentorship for long-term career growth isn't really a thing.
Advice to Management: Management should create more defined career development plans. It would really help junior staff see a future here and improve retention for brokerage and property management teams.

Decent flexibility for a real estate firm
Pros: They offer pretty solid hybrid work options for Real Estate Advisor roles, which is great. You don't have to be in the Manila office every single day, so there's some balance. It's nice to have a few days working from home.
Cons: But don't expect full remote work; it's mostly fixed office days during the week. Getting approvals for changes can be tough sometimes, even for personal appointments. There isn't much wiggle room outside of the standard schedule.
Advice to Management: Management should look into offering more flexible scheduling options, especially for long-term employees. Trusting teams with more autonomy over their daily hours could really help boost morale and productivity.

Decent place to start, limited career growth
Pros: You get a lot of exposure to the Philippine real estate market, especially as a Property Consultant. It's a solid place to learn the basics of commercial brokerage and advisory. Good for fresh grads wanting to dive into the industry.
Cons: Career growth here is definitely a challenge. There's not much of a clear path for advancement beyond your initial few years, especially for brokerage roles. It felt pretty stagnant after a while, with limited opportunities for promotion or new responsibilities.
Advice to Management: Need to establish clearer career progression paths for employees, especially in property consulting. Invest more in training for specialized skills and mentorship.
