Pros: The remote work arrangement is really good. I can set my own hours most days, which helps a lot with my personal commitments. As a Software Engineer, the autonomy is appreciated.
Cons: Sometimes, the lack of real-time interaction for urgent issues is a problem. You can feel a bit isolated sometimes. Also, there aren't many team-building events for a remote no-code platform company.
