Pros: The health insurance is pretty solid, better than what I expected from a smaller tech startup. My base salary as a Solutions Architect was decent for being remote from the UK, allowing for a good work-life balance.
Cons: They don't offer stock options, which is a bummer compared to bigger tech companies. The bonus structure isn't very clear, so annual raises feel a bit arbitrary and not tied to performance.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously look into offering employee stock options to attract and retain top talent in the software development industry. Also, making the bonus system more transparent would go a long way in employee morale and understanding compensation.
