Pros: It's a good spot to learn the basics in the telecoms industry. My team in the Southampton office was pretty supportive, especially for new Technical Support Engineer roles. You get decent exposure to different tech stacks.
Cons: Career growth is really tough here. There aren't many clear paths to move up from an entry-level technical role. It feels like you hit a ceiling fast, making it hard to develop beyond your initial scope.
Advice to Management: Create clearer progression paths for technical staff. Invest more in training for internal promotions to show employees they can grow here.
