Okay for software, but watch the busy times
Pros: It's a solid place for a Software Engineer, especially with the hybrid work setup in our Atlanta, GA office. You usually get your 40 hours done, which is pretty good for the B2B SaaS industry. There's good flexibility to adjust your day if you need to run errands.
Cons: Some projects get super intense, and you'll put in extra hours without much warning. The pressure to deliver on tight deadlines can really mess with your evenings and weekends. It's not consistent, which makes planning personal life tough.
Advice to Management: Try to smooth out the project loads so engineers don't get slammed with unexpected overtime. Better resource planning would really help with work-life balance.

Okay culture, but it's a bit slow
Pros: The team is pretty solid, especially within my immediate SCM software group. You can work remotely, which is a huge plus for work flexibility. People are generally nice and collaborative, even as a global corporate.
Cons: Decision-making can feel really slow, which gets frustrating for engineers. There's a lot of bureaucracy; it can stifle innovation for new SaaS features. Sometimes the company culture feels a bit too formal, lacking spontaneous fun.

Culture's Okay, But Can Be Better
Pros: I've met some really supportive people here. As a Software Engineer, the team collaboration in the Warsaw office is a major plus. We often help each other out, which makes tackling complex supply chain software problems easier. There are decent WFH options too, so the hybrid model works for some.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like decisions take forever to trickle down from leadership. There's not always a clear path for career growth, especially if you're not in a customer-facing role. The communication between different departments could be better, impacting overall project flow for the product development teams.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication strategies, especially for remote and hybrid teams. Invest more in defined career progression paths for technical roles. Listen to feedback from the individual contributors more often.
