Decent Flexibility, But Depends on Project
It's okay here, but don't expect total freedom with your schedule. You're usually tied to client needs and project demands.
As a Software Engineer, I've got a decent hybrid model option; usually two days in the Dublin office. It's nice to have some WFH flexibility, especially if the client is okay with it for IT services projects. For some project roles, there's good remote from Ireland potential too.
Sometimes the 'hybrid' just means you're expected onsite more often for client-facing projects. Can't always pick your WFH days, which is tough. There's not much flexibility if your project manager is old school; it really varies a lot by team.
Try to standardize the hybrid model across all client projects. Give employees more choice in WFH days, don't just leave it to individual project managers.
