Pros: WWT is a fantastic place if you're looking for stability and genuine support. As a Solutions Architect, I've had tons of opportunities to work on cutting-edge IT projects and expand my skills. The company culture is really strong; everyone's collaborative and willing to help. The pay and benefits are very competitive, which is a big plus. It's a large technology solutions provider, so there's always something new to learn and great people to learn from in our St. Louis office.
Cons: Sometimes, with a company this size, processes can feel a bit slow. Getting approvals for certain things can take a while, and career progression isn't always as fast as I'd like. It's a large IT consulting firm, so you've got to be proactive to carve out your path. Not major issues, but definitely things to be aware of.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal approval processes to boost project velocity and explore more structured paths for career advancement for experienced professionals.

Pros: The WFH options are a big plus here for many IT roles. I was able to manage a good hybrid work schedule, only coming into the St. Louis office a couple of days a week. It definitely helps with work-life balance.
Cons: Not all teams or roles get the same flexibility. Some projects definitely require more onsite time, which can be tough. It really depends on your manager and specific IT solutions group too.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize work flexibility policies across all departments, not just for certain IT solutions groups. Make sure it's fair for everyone.

Pros: As a Solutions Architect, the base salary is really competitive for the IT consulting industry, especially in the St. Louis area. They've got a solid 401k match and the health insurance options are pretty good too, not too expensive for a large enterprise.
Cons: The bonus structure can feel a bit arbitrary sometimes, and annual raises don't always keep up with inflation. Also, the PTO policy could be a little more generous, it's pretty standard compared to what I've seen elsewhere.
Advice to Management: Make the bonus structure more transparent. Also, consider increasing the PTO accrual or initial grant to be more competitive.
