Hybrid Model is Okay for Account Execs
Pros: It's nice that they offer a hybrid schedule. As an Account Executive, I could usually work remotely a couple days a week. It really helped with my commute into the London office.
Cons: The work flexibility really depends on your direct manager. Sometimes you're expected onsite for client meetings or project deadlines, which is common in promotional marketing. It wasn't always clear when remote work was truly an option.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work flexibility policies more across teams. It would help if expectations for remote versus onsite work were clearer for all Account Executives, especially in promotional marketing.
