Pros: I liked the freedom you get as an IT Consultant, especially with our hybrid work setup in Stockholm. Teams are usually solid and supportive, which helps when projects get complicated.
Cons: Upper leadership often feels disconnected from what we're actually doing in IT infrastructure. There's not much clear strategic direction, which can make long-term planning tricky. Communication from the top isn't always consistent.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer, more consistent communication from leadership down to the technical teams. Listen to feedback from the field on project challenges and strategic direction for our IT services.
