Pros: Var Group has a pretty stable client base in the IT consulting space. This makes job security feel decent, especially for those working on long-term digital transformation projects in the Milan office. There's always work to do.
Cons: Sometimes project end dates shift, which can be a little unsettling. The growth of the company means things can change fast. For a mid-size corporate, salary bumps aren't always big enough to feel super secure long-term.
Advice to Management: Keep being transparent about market changes and future growth plans. Employees need to know the long-term vision to feel truly secure.

Pros: You get solid learning opportunities for IT consulting roles here. They really invest in training for new technologies like cloud solutions. I met a lot of smart people across different projects in the Milan office.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit old-school and pretty hierarchical. Work-life balance isn't great during project deadlines, especially as a Junior IT Consultant. Internal communication isn't always good, some teams feel siloed.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a more open and collaborative company culture across all departments. Improve internal communication, especially for those in key IT roles. It would help a lot with talent retention.
