Project Manager

Solid corporate job, but flexibility is limited
Pros: The pay and benefits are decent for the financial services industry. The team environment is generally good, and they do offer a hybrid work model. As a Project Manager, you can pick your in-office days.
Cons: True work flexibility is tough. They really want you in the Chicago office 3 days a week. It's not a 'work from anywhere' kind of place, which can be frustrating if you need more remote options.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more genuine work flexibility, perhaps two mandatory office days instead of three. It would really help retain talent.
