Pros: As a Product Manager, I've really appreciated the focus on career growth and development within this AdTech environment. Leadership is supportive, and the company culture fosters collaboration. The hybrid work model also provides great flexibility, helping with work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes the project approval cycles feel a bit drawn out, which can slow down progress. Also, cross-functional communication could be improved to better align priorities across teams.
Advice to Management: Streamline some of the approval processes to empower teams and improve speed-to-market. Continue to invest in cross-functional communication initiatives to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Pros: I loved the team in the San Francisco office. Everyone's super smart and collaborative. There's great career growth here, especially if you're keen on mobile attribution and analytics. Benefits are pretty decent for a mid-size tech company.
Cons: Work-life balance is tough, for sure. As a Data Analyst, 50+ hour weeks were common. Especially during release cycles. The pressure in ad tech eats personal time. Even with our hybrid model, it's a lot.
Advice to Management: Try to be more mindful of employee burnout. It's hard to maintain morale when long hours are expected consistently. Better resource planning for peak times would help.

Pros: I've been able to enjoy a pretty solid hybrid work model here. It's usually three days a week in the San Francisco office, which is decent for a mid-sized tech company. This WFH flexibility really helps with personal appointments, especially as a Customer Success Manager trying to balance client needs.
Cons: Sometimes the flexibility depends a lot on your direct team and manager. For ad-tech roles, client demands can make it hard to stick to a full remote day. There's also not always a clear company-wide policy, so it feels a bit inconsistent across departments.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize work flexibility across all teams. Clearer policies would help avoid inconsistencies and make it fair for everyone.
