Pros: You get solid experience with wireless backhaul systems. It's a decent place to start if you're fresh in telecommunications and want to learn the ropes. The team is generally supportive, especially for new technical roles.
Cons: Career growth for engineers is pretty slow. There aren't many opportunities for promotions, and you can get stuck at one level for a long time. It feels like a mid-sized company where internal movement isn't prioritized, especially for onsite work.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clearer paths for advancement, particularly for technical roles. People want to see a future here.

Pros: The base salary for a Network Engineer is decent, especially for the telecommunications industry. You won't get rich, but it's a solid living. The 401k match isn't bad either in the San Jose office.
Cons: Health insurance options are pretty average and the premiums are high. There aren't many perks beyond the basics, so don't expect big tech lavishness. Bonuses aren't really a thing for this role, which is a bummer.
Advice to Management: Revisit the health insurance plans to offer more competitive options. Consider introducing performance-based bonuses for engineers.
