The technical challenges were good, and there's a lot of knowledge sharing among the team, especially for new joiners. It's a decent mid-sized tech firm to get hands-on experience in our industry.
Cons: Formal career growth as a Simulation Engineer wasn't very clear. There aren't many defined steps for advancement beyond senior individual contributor. Getting exposure to new HPC projects or leadership roles took a lot of pushing, and it felt like you were mostly stuck on one type of project in the Pune office. It's not a place for rapid promotions.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating clearer, structured career progression for technical roles like Simulation Engineer. Define pathways for moving into specialized HPC projects or management early on. Mentorship programs would also help a lot.
