It's a stable place, and the work-life balance for a non-profit is actually quite decent.
Cons: While the growth opportunities are there, the path to promotion can sometimes feel a bit slow compared to the private sector. The approval processes for new initiatives can also take some time, which is understandable for a non-profit operating across different regions, but it can be a minor frustration.
