Leadership has some good people, but mixed results
Pros: I really liked the remote work setup; it's a huge plus for work-life balance, especially for customer-facing roles like Client Success Manager. The team members were generally collaborative and supportive, which helped with daily tasks.
Cons: The leadership team sometimes felt a bit out of touch with daily operations. There's a lot of talk about strategy in healthcare IT, but not always a clear path on execution from upper management. Communication from leadership could definitely be better; it felt like decisions were made without much input.
Advice to Management: Really focus on getting feedback from the teams doing the work. Leadership needs to improve transparency and provide clearer directions. We need more communication on company goals and how individual roles, especially for remote Client Success Managers, contribute to the bigger picture in healthcare IT.
